I cased this card from a Stampin Success Magazine a while back. I popped up the 4 and the heart to give the card some dimension.
I used the H Clear Block and the letters "Y,O, and U" from Sweet Shoppe Clear Mount set. I lined the letters up on the H block and stamped right beside the 4. I then simply placed a strip of rhinestones underneath the "YOU".. : )
