I saw a similar Scrapbook page on a display board at Stampin' Up!'s 2010 Convention and just had to try it out. I love how quick and easy a Scrapbook page comes together when using Designer Series Paper (DSP).
To add a soft subtle waterwark look to any project all you have to do is use the same colour of ink as card stock. OR you can use versa mark ink on any colour of card stock. For this project I inked up the flower image from Just Believe in Pear Pizzazz ink and stamped it on Pear Pizzazz card stock. I pierced around the edge of the Pear Pizzazz card stock. Using markers i coloured the frame and flower image from Just Believe stamp set adding the words happiness forever from Fabulous Phrases stamp set.
Here is a close up so you can see the watermark and piercing effect.
I also created the same page layout in 6x6 version to show how versitle scrapbooking can be using the same products changing up the size of the page layout.
