Recycled Card - SentimentalSundays46

This truly is a recycled (and recylable) card!.  I cased this card from the fabulous Jenn Picard.  I chose crumb cake as the base and green elements to keep in with the "recycling" theme of the card.

I coloured the image straight on the stamp with Stampin' Up Markers.  Then I spritzed the stamp with water.  I quickly pressed the stamp onto watercolour paper to create this watercoloured image effect.  I love how the colours run and bleed into the watercolour paper.

On the inside of the card, I attached a square mini envelope, and stamped it with "hand stamped by me - recycled by you"  image from the So Green set.  Then tucked in 3 pieces of stamped whisper white card stock.  When you give the card, you can sign the first piece, and the recipient can take that piece out, and write on the next one to recycle the card on to someone else.  How cute is that?  (another amazing idea from Jenn).   The crumb cake envelope is stamped in images from the Just Believe set on the front, and the So Green set on the back.  Who wouldn't love to get this sweet little card?

By the way, the So Green Stamp set is one of the FREE sets included in Sale-a-bration!  From now until March 31st, for every $60 you spend in Stampin' Up! products, you can receive a  free item from the Sale-a-bration mini.  Contact me to place an order!
